The experience at Edward P Wright was good because they left you alone to have a look at the vehicles which were also all unlocked so you could have a proper look and a hassle free road test.

My experience at Edward P Wright could have been better if the handover went smoother. I was told the car was all ready to be collected but nothing had been done to it that should’ve been so had to wait. The attitude of the manager was disgraceful and I feel I would’ve been spoken to better if I had been male or had a male with me. Needs some customer service training.
